Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I’m Hirotomaru<\/em> from Team 0, and I joined the company in April 2025. I’ll be writing this employee introduction article.
I’d like to share about what led me to join Dandelions and my thoughts after joining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What led me to join<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The reason I joined was because my career advisor recommended an internship at Dandelions, and I felt that the company had a really nice atmosphere.
I studied programming at university and wanted a job where I could make use of those skills.
I attended various company information sessions and internships, and while each had its good points, I eventually became unsure of which company to choose.
At that time, my homeroom teacher strongly recommended the Dandelions internship\u2014even saying they\u2019d want to join themselves\u2014so I decided to participate.
When I actually joined the internship, I was struck by how warm and welcoming everyone was and how there were people with all kinds of values and perspectives.
From that experience, I thought, “It seems like it would be fun to work here,” and decided to apply to Dandelions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impressions after joining<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s been about three months since I joined, and I\u2019m still in training.
Whenever I have questions, my seniors quickly help me out, and I\u2019m also having a great time with my fellow new employees\u2014overall, it feels like a really good environment.
Before joining, I was worried that the reality of the job might be totally different from what I had imagined, but thankfully, that wasn\u2019t the case and I feel relieved.
Right now, I\u2019m studying JAVA, SQL, and business etiquette.
There have been times I was confused by unfamiliar tools and programming languages, but I\u2019ve gradually started to understand them.
As for polite speech and manners, I didn\u2019t have much practice with them, so I was really nervous at first when handling phone calls or greeting visitors\u2014it was tough and didn\u2019t go well in the beginning.
I still feel a bit anxious about whether I\u2019ll be able to handle actual work properly, but I\u2019m determined to do my best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My hobbies are playing games and watching anime.
Also, I like eating sweets.
Among sweets, I especially love gummy candy and often buy and eat them.
My favorite is Haribo\u2014I even buy the big box and keep it stocked.
I often bring snacks from home and eat them during breaks in training to refresh myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
