At the same time, it\u2019s not uncommon to hear people say, \u201cI don\u2019t know what to write,\u201d or \u201cI\u2019m not good at writing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this study session, we focused not on writing skills themselves but on \u201ctips for creating articles that effectively communicate to readers.\u201d The session covered practical topics for real-world use, including how to write blog posts, basic WordPress operations, handling images, and key points to keep in mind when using AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topics Covered in the Study Session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this study session, we learned about the following topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to structure articles with the reader in mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to create effective titles and headings (H-tags)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to write easy-to-read text using bullet points and paragraph breaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic operations in WordPress (Gutenberg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Useful editing features such as List View and grouping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Image optimization and the use of WebP format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key points for creating screenshots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure handling of images and files with information security in mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Important considerations and effective methods when using AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t just focus on learning how to operate WordPress; we also emphasized the importance of writing articles with the perspective that they will serve as resources for someone in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"924\" height=\"579\" src=\"http:\/\/dandelions.co.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/wordpress-study-session-participants.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7514\" srcset=\"http:\/\/dandelions.co.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/wordpress-study-session-participants.jpg 924w, http:\/\/dandelions.co.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/wordpress-study-session-participants-300x188.jpg 300w, http:\/\/dandelions.co.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/wordpress-study-session-participants-768x481.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scenes from the Study Session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internal blogs are assets that carry knowledge into the future.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An internal blog doesn\u2019t end at the moment it\u2019s written.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By sharing the knowledge, insights, and trial\u2011and\u2011error experiences gained through daily work and learning, individual experiences become assets for the entire organization. Not only technical information but also lessons learned on the job, study session content, and work-related improvements can all serve as valuable knowledge for other team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internal blogs also serve as a record of activities and initiatives. By documenting \u201cwhat was learned,\u201d \u201cwhy a particular approach was chosen,\u201d and \u201cwhat results were achieved,\u201d they become valuable resources for your future self and for members who join later and need to look back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, articles such as employee introductions and event reports help convey the company\u2019s atmosphere and the people who work there.
