Nice to meet you \u2014 my name is NoOne<\/em>, and I joined the company in April 2026!
In this post, I\u2019d like to share what led me to join Dandelions and my impressions after starting here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reason for joining<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In Nagoya, I studied mainly Internet security at a technical college specializing in IT. As I continued taking classes, I also had opportunities to learn not only about Internet security and infrastructure, but also system development and web design. The more I explored different fields, the more I found each of them interesting, and before I knew it, I had reached job\u2011hunting season without being able to decide on one specific path I absolutely wanted to pursue.Since I didn\u2019t have a clear idea of what I wanted to do, I decided to focus not only on finding a job that matched my skills, but also on finding a workplace with a good atmosphere where I could work comfortably. During that uncertain time, I encountered Dandelions at a company information session held at my school and later joined their internship program.During the internship, I found that despite being a global environment with many foreign employees, communication was incredibly smooth, and the company culture encouraged everyone\u2014regardless of position\u2014to freely share their opinions. I felt, \u2018I want to work in such a wonderful place,\u2019 and that\u2019s what led me to decide to join the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impressions after joining<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am currently in training, studying for IT\u2011related certifications and working to improve my technical skills. Even though I attended an IT vocational school, it doesn\u2019t mean the training content is easy for me\u2014there are many things I still don\u2019t understand, and I often find myself getting stuck. However, thanks to the support of senior employees who teach us as instructors, as well as the help we give each other within my cohort, I feel that I\u2019m able to learn and grow in a very supportive environment.
In addition to technical skills, we also receive thorough instruction in business etiquette. Since I was a student until just recently, I\u2019m still not fully confident in basic business manners such as exchanging business cards, proper grooming, and handling phone calls. But my seniors and supervisors always teach me kindly, no matter how many questions I ask. Because they are so willing to help, I feel safe challenging myself every day and can sense my own growth.
As a working professional\u2014and as a member of Dandelions\u2014I want to continue doing my best so that I can represent the company with confidence when interacting with people outside the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a hobby, I enjoy playing PC games. If you\u2019re a PC gamer, you\u2019ve probably felt the urge at least once to \u2018perfect your desk setup.\u2019 I\u2019m definitely one of those people \u2014 I\u2019ve been gradually improving not only my PC itself but also my peripherals and audio environment.
The PC I\u2019m currently using was something I bought with a \u2018looks over performance\u2019 mindset, so lately I\u2019ve been bothered by its slow startup and overall sluggishness. Then, almost as if perfectly timed, a collaboration PC featuring my favorite creator was released! I thought, \u2018This is it \u2014 a PC that\u2019s perfect both in appearance and performance!\u2019 and decided to buy it.
On top of that, a collaboration keyboard with the same creator is scheduled to arrive around August this year. I\u2019m turning this excitement into motivation and doing my best at work every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
