Covering every area proved far more challenging than I imagined, and just walking around was quite the workout. It started raining partway through, making me wish we’d planned our route more carefully beforehand. I especially regretted not visiting the sponsor signs first, but even that is a good memory now. Still, the four of us managed to explore the entire park and see every area! We were tired, but the sense of accomplishment far outweighed it, making it a thoroughly satisfying day. We refreshed ourselves in nature, found healing in the animals’ presence, and had a truly wonderful time.

※Fellow members!!

For lunch, I had omelet soba inside the park! I felt that touring the zoo together would foster communication and be beneficial for our future work. Furthermore, I was thinking about how we could use IT to make the zoo even better while we worked. For example, at Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens, I felt it would be convenient to have a system that made animal information more easily accessible. While panels provide explanations now, I thought that using IT to allow visitors to scan QR codes with their smartphones and access videos or detailed information could spark interest in more people. This tour helped me rediscover the appeal of zoos and provided a valuable opportunity to consider how we can use our IT knowledge and skills to contribute to society. I want to continue valuing experiences like this and grow together with my colleagues.

That’s all for this time.
Stay tuned for the next employee spotlight!

Thank you for taking the time to view this.I’m “Ryū-chan,” who joined the company this year!!
