A Recent Hobby<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lately, I’ve gotten back into Pok\u00e9mon, thanks to my wife\u2019s influence. It\u2019s been about 20 years since I first fell in love with it back in elementary school, when Pok\u00e9mon Red\/Green debuted on the Game Boy. Now, the nostalgia has kicked in again after all these years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not long ago, Mie Prefecture\u2019s Shima Spain Village teamed up with Pok\u00e9mon for a limited-time collaboration. Naturally, I had to check it out. The park was filled with Pok\u00e9mon displays everywhere, drawing crowds of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were lines of people waiting to take photos at popular spots.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Pok\u00e9mon Everywhere!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every corner of the area featured Pok\u00e9mon\u2014and for the more popular photo spots, people were even lining up. I rediscovered old favorites I used as a kid and met new Pok\u00e9mon introduced over the past two decades. Witnessing a franchise that continues to be cherished by so many people for so long made a strong impression on me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the IT industry, we work every day to develop systems that make a positive impact. Lately, I\u2019ve been thinking how wonderful it would be if we could create something as universally beloved as Pok\u00e9mon\u2014something that resonates with both children and adults alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
