Hello, everyone!
I’m Jitsuhara-n from Team 2.

April is the season for new beginnings.
We’re grateful to welcome four new employees this year.
This time, I’ll share highlights from our “New Employee Welcome Party,” held to celebrate their arrival.

Let’s get this welcome party started!

This time, the venue was a Korean restaurant near the office.
The star of the show was, of course, samgyeopsal!
The savory aroma of grilling meat instantly lifted everyone’s spirits.
As we gathered around the table, conversation flowed naturally over the meal. The power of delicious food is truly remarkable.

New Employee Introduction Time

Now that the mood is really picking up, it’s time for the new employees’ self-introductions!!!
This year, since many members had already met before joining through internships or information sessions, we thought, “A standard self-introduction might feel a bit lacking?” So, we added a simple yet thrilling twist: in addition to their usual self-introductions, each person drew two random questions from a list of 100 to answer.
For example…
　・If you could take only one thing to a deserted island, what would it be?
　・What was your biggest purchase recently?
　・Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
These kinds of questions, which wouldn’t normally come up in a standard introduction, allowed us to hear unexpected answers from the new hires.
We were surprised by their unexpected responses, got to know their personalities, and the whole thing was a huge hit.

Summary

Through this welcome party, I believe it gave new employees a chance to see their senior colleagues’ more relaxed side.
It also provided an opportunity for senior employees to discover the unique personalities and charms of their new colleagues.
We hope to continue creating many more opportunities like this to deepen our bonds!!!

チーム２所属の「じつはらーん」です。

4月といえば、新しい出会いの季節。
今年もありがたいことに4名の新入社員をお迎えすることができました。
今回はその仲間入りをお祝いするために開催された、「新入社員歓迎会」の様子をご紹介します。

いざ、歓迎会！

今回の会場は、オフィス近くの韓国料理店さん。
主役はもちろんサムギョプサル！
お肉を焼く香ばしい匂いが、会場のテンションを一気に上げてくれました。
みんなでテーブルを囲みながら、食事を通じて自然に会話も弾みました。おいしい料理の力は偉大ですね。

新入社員のあいさつタイム

場も盛り上がってきたところで、新入社員の自己紹介タイムです！！！
今年は、インターンや説明会などで入社前から顔を合わせていたメンバーも多かったため、「ありきたりな自己紹介じゃちょっと物足りないかも？」ということで、普段の自己紹介にプラスで、100の質問からランダムで2問を引いて答えてもらうというシンプルながらスリリングな企画を実施しました。
例えば…
　・無人島にひとつだけ持っていくとしたら？
　・最近の大きな買い物は？
　・10年後、あなたはどうなりたい？
などなど、普段の自己紹介では出てこないような質問をすることができます。
新入社員の意外な答えに驚くと同時に、人柄を知ることができ、とても盛り上がりました。

まとめ

今回の歓迎会を通じて、新入社員にとっては、先輩社員のフランクな表情を知るきっかけになったと思います。
また、先輩社員にとっても、新しい仲間の個性や魅力を発見できる機会となりました。
今後も、このように親睦を深める場を、たくさん設けていきたいと思っています！！！

I’m Omatsu from the Operations Management Department, and I’ll be writing this blog post. This time, I’d like to introduce the Aichi International Student Festa 2025, which was held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Winc Aichi, near Nagoya Station.

What is the Aichi International Student Festa?

This is an employment support fair organized by Aichi Prefecture specifically for international students. It serves as a valuable opportunity to connect local companies with international students and is held once a year.
Dandelions, Inc. has participated every year since the event’s inception, and this marked our third consecutive appearance.

Impressions from Participating

Each year, we feel that the number of international students attending the event grows, along with their enthusiasm.
This year, in particular, there was a noticeable increase in interest toward fields like IT and digital transformation (DX). Many students showed strong curiosity in our services, including system development, cloud solutions, and low-code development (OutSystems).

At our booth, we provided detailed explanations about our company’s mission, our multinational team structure, and how our non-Japanese staff members have built their careers with us—sharing real-life examples.
For many international students, who have both hopes and concerns about working in Japan, hearing from seniors who began their careers in similar situations seemed very helpful. We received numerous comments such as, “I wanted to hear more because you have many foreign employees” and “Your company looks like a fun place to work.”

A Supportive Environment

The event was well-prepared with interpreters and multilingual support, creating a welcoming environment for students who may not be confident in their Japanese.
For companies, it also provided a great learning opportunity to engage in dialogue that transcends nationality and language. It was an incredibly meaningful experience for us at Dandelions as part of our ongoing efforts toward multicultural understanding.

Summery

Since our founding, Dandelions has worked to create an environment where people can work together across barriers of nationality, language, and culture.
Going forward, we will continue to cherish the connections made through events like this and strengthen our efforts to recruit and develop global-minded talent.

Lastly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited our booth, as well as to all those involved in organizing and running the event.

今回のブログ記事を担当します、業務管理部の「おまつ」です。今回はイベント紹介ということで2025年3月9日（日）、名古屋駅前にあるウインクあいちにて開催された「あいち外国人留学生フェスタ2025」についてご紹介します。

あいち外国人留学生フェスタとは？

愛知県が主催する外国人留学生向けの就職支援フェアであり、県内企業と外国人留学生をつなぐ貴重な場として、年に一度開催されています。
当社ダンデライオンズは、初回から毎年連続して参加しており、今年で3回目の出展となりました。

参加して感じたこと

毎年参加するたびに感じることですが、年を追うごとに参加する留学生の数が増え、またその熱意も確実に高まっていることを実感します。
今回は特に、ITやDXといった分野への関心を持つ学生が多く、当社が提供するシステム開発やクラウドサービス、ローコード開発（OutSystems）などに興味を持ってくださる方が目立ちました。

当社のブースでは、ダンデライオンズの企業理念や、多国籍なチーム構成、そして外国籍社員がどのようにキャリアを築いているかなど、実際の事例を交えて丁寧にご紹介しました。
日本で働くことへの期待と不安の両方を抱えた留学生の皆さんにとって、実際に同じ立場からキャリアをスタートさせた先輩たちの話は、非常に参考になったようで、「外国籍の方がたくさんいるので詳しく話を聞いてみたかった」「楽しそうな会社だと感じました」といった声を多くいただきました。

イベントには通訳スタッフや多言語サポートも整備されており、日本語に自信のない方でも安心して参加できる環境が整っていました。
企業側にとっても、国籍や言語を越えた対話の機会は大きな学びの場となり、当社としても多文化理解の一環として非常に有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。

まとめ

私たちダンデライオンズは、創業当初から、国籍や言語、文化の壁を越えて共に働ける環境づくりを進めてきました。
今後も、こうしたイベントを通じて出会った方々とのご縁を大切にしながら、グローバルな視点を持つ人材の採用と育成に一層力を入れてまいります。
